Oak timbers are reported to have exceptional resistance to wear which makes them highly suitable for applications such as flooring in heavy traffic areas. 

APPEARANCE

European Oak generally tends to be a little darker than American Oak. European Oak is a warm golden, honey colour. It tends to have a distinctive, wavy grain pattern with scatterings of pip and burr.
